DWH Engineer (A923)

Our partner is a fast-growing AI and data science studio that develops products and solutions built on modern technologies such as machine learning, big data, and cloud. They work on projects for well-known European brands in banking, retail, and industry. Their team is a mix of experienced engineers, analysts, and developers who enjoy bringing innovation into real-world applications.

We are looking for a Medior or Senior  DWH Engineer to join our team on a long-term project. This is a remote position with flexible setup (part-time or full-time). You’ll play a key role in shaping data for business impact, working with modern cloud-first platforms.


What will be your key responsibilities:

As a DWH Engineer, you will:

  • Analyze, migrate, and model data to support reporting and self-service analytics
  • Transform and optimize data for performance and usability
  • Work on projects across industries such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and e-commerce
  • Collaborate with diverse data sources, including SAP ERP, traditional DWHs, application data, IoT sensors, and marketing/web analytics
  • Contribute to migrations from legacy warehouses (SAP BW, Oracle, Teradata) into modern platforms like Databricks or BigQuery
  • Be part of small, agile teams (2–5 people) with engineers, analysts, scientists, and PMs
  • Work in a remote-first culture with strong collaboration and flexibility

What experience should you have:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience in preparing data for BI or analytics
  • Expertise in data modeling
  • Basic Python skills
  • Interest in working with large datasets and optimizing data pipelines
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery
