Provides services in the area of procurement focused on global procurement activities:
- Performs administrative tasks in the area of global procurement (approval of purchase requests, orders, etc.).
- Performs tactical supplier selection within the defined clip level
- Monitors / manages procurement related processes.
- Communicates with internal customers in order to finalise the demand specification and provides basic support for procurement related processes
- Preparates the supplier preselection based on the defined preffered supplier list.
- Manages smaller tenders/quote requests, performs supplier preselection as well as performs negotiations with preffered suppliers
- Ensures compliance of workflows and processes with established corporate policies.
- Performes independently final supplier selection (within defined procurement strategies) and contract closings (except of frame contracts) within defined clip level
- Performes Claim-Management for contracts
- Works with internal IT systems and applications.
- Manages and updates the content for the catalogs
- Has basic knowledge about the market, products and suppliers in the respective material category
- Provides support in projects through independent management of assigned sub tasks
- Performs other tasks as required by the superior.
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working: We have some days home office, but about twice a week we meet in the office for meetings, coffee and lunch :)The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills) and surcharges for weekends and holidays.
