Provides services in the area of procurement focused on global procurement activities:
• Performs administrative tasks in the area of global procurement (approval of purchase requests, orders, etc.).
• Performs tactical supplier selection within the defined clip level
• Monitors / manages procurement related processes.
• Communicates and supports internal customers and other parties by complex procurement related cases
• Preparates the supplier preselection based on the defined preffered supplier list.
• Manages bigger/complex tenders and quote requests, performs supplier preselection as well as performs negotiations with potential suppliers
• Performes independently final supplier selection (within defined procurement strategies) and contract closings (except of frame contracts) within defined clip level
• Handles independently the sub-tasks by frame contract negotiations and closings within the defined clip level
• Performes Claim-Management for contracts and provides analysis of findings in order to suggest and implement corrective measures
• Works with internal IT systems and applications.
• Has knowledge about the market, products and suppliers in the respective material category
• Provides support in projects through independent management of assigned tasks
• Performs independently sub-tasks for supplier management in the assigned category
• Ensures compliance of workflows and processes with established corporate policies
• Effectively works with analysis of procurement spent and is able to define tactics for managing the category spent
• Catalogue management /maintenance, actively uses digital tools and platforms
• Performs other tasks as required by the superior.
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working: We have some days home office, but about twice a week we meet in the office for meetings, coffee and lunch :)
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills) and surcharges for weekends and holidays.
Education:
Highschool / University degree (Bachelor/Master)
Experience:
At least 3+ years of experience in procurement or similar area (for example experience with project management, sales, negotiation)
Language skills:
Greek language C1
English B2
PC skills:
MS Office – Excel – advanced
MS Office – Word – advanced
MS Office – Outlook – advanced
SAP – advantage
Ticketing tool – advantage
Other requirements:
• Experience from international service center is advantage
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
