About the job:
Our Enterprise Search team is responsible for end-to-end search functionality across one of the world's most significant Art Auction platforms, ensuring users can seamlessly discover high-value items. The team maintains and optimizes Elasticsearch infrastructure, Sitecore CMS, and NextJS applications.
As the Solutions Architect in the Enterprise Search domain, you’ll partner with the Head of Digital Platforms and cross-functional teams to architect and deliver high-performance search experiences that accelerate discovery and support the business goals
What will be your key responsibility:
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop architecture documentation (e.g., system diagrams, integration patterns) and user stories to guide engineering teams.
• Aid business analysis through analytical thinking, problem-solving, and clear communication.
• Support the product owner in prioritizing the development backlog.
• Design solutions that maintain data integrity and ensure its handled securely across systems.
• Analyze workflows to identify security gaps, inefficiencies, and vulnerabilities.
• Bridge the gap between business and engineering to ensure secure and compliant solution delivery.
• Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and technical documentation.
• Experience in identifying inefficiencies, security risks, and optimization opportunities in business and technical workflows.
• Ability to prioritize user stories, define acceptance criteria, and align development with business goals.
• Proven ability to engage with business teams, engineers, and external partners to drive consensus.
• Strong analytical thinking to break down complex problems and propose structured solutions.
• Skill in bridging business needs with technical implementation, ensuring clarity for both non-technical and engineering teams.
• Experience embedding security requirements into architecture and development lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise search platforms, including indexing, query optimization, and relevance tuning
