ESG Consultant

          Delivering ESG engagements in several fields (FMCG, manufacturing, etc.)

·                    Helping with sustainability strategies and product offerings 

·                    Perform process and gap analysis for upcoming regulations

·                    Helping clients to reach their ESG objectives 

·                    Designing and implementing new processes, procedures and systems  

What we expect:

    2+ years of experience in the field of sustainability or ESG consulting

·                    Knowledge of the EU ESG regulations and ESG risk management

·                    Strong communication skills in Czech and English, proficiency in German is beneficial

·                    Open-mindedness and intellectual curiosity

·                    Innovative approach and critical thinking

·                    Enthusiasm about developing and challenging yourself

Hard Skills

Knowledge of ESG frameworks, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D) or EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).

Expertise in ESG data analysis, impact assessment, and risk management.

Experience in conducting stakeholder engagement and managing ESG communication strategies

Experience working with data, proficiency in SQL and Python, and familiarity with BI tools or AI/ML are highly beneficial

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ESG concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess ESG risks, identify innovative solutions, and drive impactful change.

Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate evolving ESG landscapes and address emerging challenges.
