Facility Operations Support

Handles tasks related to office management and general administration

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Manages daily office operations (checks coffee, stationery, etc.)
  • Creates shopping carts/purchase requests for stationery, refreshments, facilities, and IT
  • Manages onboarding and exit databases for newcomers, cooperates with other departments on onboarding deliverables, and collects equipment from departing employees
  • Serves as the focal point for suppliers of specific services (e.g., printers, company cars, cleaning services, etc.)
  • Works with the entrance card system – issuing visitor cards and printing cards
  • Manages incoming and outgoing post and carries out activities related to company mail
  • Maintains records of company assets
  • Performs additional activities as assigned by the supervisor
  • Office presence required

What experience should you have:

Education: High school
Experience: Graduate /2 years at similar position is advantage
Language knowledge: English (advanced, min B2)

PC skills:

  • MS Office – Excel – basics
  • MS Office – Word – advanced
  • MS Office – Outlook – advanced
