Finance and Reporting Analyst - Vilnius

We are looking for a Finance and Reporting Lead who is eager to play a key role in shaping the future of our financial operations and contribute to our ambitious growth plans.

As a Finance and Reporting Lead, you will play a crucial part in various reporting and analysis processes that inform the strategic direction of the bank.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Preparation and enhancement of internal and regulatory reports.
Active participation in budgeting and financial planning processes.
Analyzing the bank's performance against budgets and forecasts.
Evaluating products and business processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
Providing regular support and insights to the CFO, CRO, CEO, CMO, and the Management Board.
Engaging in communication with regulatory and supervisory authorities.

What experience should you have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis and/or reporting, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
Proficient in Excel, with advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience working with large data sets and interpreting complex results.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude.
Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
