Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner will play a vital role in supporting the finance function by providing valuable insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to various business units within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Core qualifications of Finance Business Partner:

• Practical knowledge and 5+ years experience in finance
• At least 2+ years of experience in a complex controlling agenda including budgeting, forecasting, planning etc
• Fluency in English and Czech
• German as advantage
• Experience with closings tasks in cooperation with accounting team
• Proactivity and flexibility

What do we need from Finance Business Partner:

Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide financial insights to drive performance.

Performance Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends to key stakeholders.

Ad Hoc Projects: Support special projects and initiatives as needed, including process improvements, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.
