Finance Director for growing Start up

What You'll Do:

• Set financial targets, develop robust policies, and provide comprehensive oversight of all financial planning activities.
• Lead the planning, monitoring, and control of company budgets to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare and present accurate and insightful financial reports on a quarterly and annual basis, guiding key business decisions.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensure unwavering tax compliance, and oversee strong internal controls.
• Lead internal audits, ensure strict adherence to financial laws and regulations, and optimize our financial IT systems for maximum efficiency.
• Proactively monitor liquidity, working capital, and cash reserves to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Drive strategic planning through financial forecasting, KPI tracking, and scenario planning to support our growth ambitions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop our talented finance team, fostering a high-performance and motivated environment.
• Provide clear financial guidance and insights to leadership, managers, and staff across the organization to support overall company objectives.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of proven success in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise in financial forecasting, risk management, and strategic financial planning.
• A deep understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws.
• Exceptional team management, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Hands-on experience with financial IT systems and digital finance tools. Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other major accounting platforms is a plus.
• Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or CFA certifications are preferred.
• Language: Professional proficiency in English (C1) both in writing and speaking.
