Financial Controller
We are seeking a Financial Controller for Duro Daković Grupa, a member of CE Industries.

Its stable production base and complex organizational structure create a setting in which the Financial Controller plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and reliable data to support both operational and strategic decision-making.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Evaluate the company's financial performance and prepare analyses for management
- Create clear reporting and search for key insights
- Participate in planning, forecasts and budgets
- Monitor the quality and consistency of data across systems and sources
- Work with data, participate in the development of BI tools and reporting automation
- Collaborate with teams across the company and help them understand the numbers
- Propose process improvements and find more efficient ways to work with data
- Involve in closings, prepare accounting documents and improve financial processes
What experience should you have:
- Experience in controlling, finance or an analytical role of production company
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and reporting
- Ability to find connections between data and operational issues - strong analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP (BI tools are a plus)
- Ability to explain numbers to people outside of finance
- Ability to come up with your own ideas
- Overlap with business - understanding what financial numbers mean in practice
- Fluent Croatian and English (written and spoken)
