Financial Controller (m/f/d) - Munich

The Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the DACH region for both Knuspr in Germany and Gurkerl in Austria. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proven track record of managing financial processes in a high-growth environment. The Financial Controller will report directly to the DACH CFO and work closely with senior management to drive financial performance and support our ambitious growth plans.

What experience should you have:

Your tasks:

Develop and deliver accurate and timely internal reporting, including variance analysis and performance metrics
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the financial stability of the company
Develop strategies to optimize cash flow, manage debt, and mitigate financial risks
Collaborate with department heads to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics

What you bring with you:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Accounting accreditation preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience, preferably in a scale-up or high-growth environment
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
