How YOUR daily tasks will look like?

• Supplier and Material Master Data Management - processing of incoming requests
  
• Managing the flow of Purchase Orders Processing cycle
• Maintenance of current suppliers' database
• RFQ (Request For Quotation) Support Activities following applicable policies and alignment with BU/Commodity
• Processing of price change agreement
• Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations
• Communication with Divisions, Plants, Commodities Buyers or any related Purchasing Support Activities
• Liaise with Finance for any issues related to Purchasing Orders
• Ensure fulfillment of SLAs and KPIs
• Track performed activities in scope to produce relevant metrics and reports
• Support transition project, active participation in knowledge transfer training session
• Participate in team calls, meetings, training

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement position
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Logistics or any related field is an advantage
• Fluent in the English language
• Knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP
