GBS Purchasing Team Leader - Trnava

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Team Leader who would like to step up in its role and be the „right hand" for the department manager. Are you a people-oriented person with an aspiration to lead a mid-sized team of Purchasers? If yes, we would like to hear from you.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Being a "right hand" for the department manager and to help with all necessary daily tasks for the smooth transition of the purchasing processes
Supervision of more junior colleagues
Maintenance of current supplier database
Completion of the process in case of new suppliers
Keeping an eye for suppliers data changes and updates
Maintenance of a whole purchasing process
Creating and tracking purchasing orders in the internal system
Processing of price changes agreement
Analysis of data for reports such as market fluctuation and exchange rate fluctuation
Initiation of quarterly suppliers rating

What experience should you have:

Experience with procurement/ purchasing
Experience with supply chain is a big advantage
SSC/GBS environment experience
People management skills
Familiar with ERP systems - SAP preferred
Hands-on experience with transitions is a nice to have
University degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Commerce, Logistics or related field
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
