Group Leader Cloud and IT Infrastructure

Develop and lead IT strategies for secure, scalable hybrid cloud environments.

Design and oversee on-premises and Azure architectures, ensuring performance and security.

Manage complex IT projects with a focus on timely, cost-effective delivery.

Mentor engineering teams and guide architectural decisions across hybrid systems.

Align IT initiatives with business goals through clear stakeholder communication.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, with 5-6 years of experience in the field

Proven leadership in hybrid cloud environments with strong project management and team development skills.

Proficient in Azure, M365, Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V, and Microsoft hybrid infrastructure.

Strong technical knowledge in IT security, endpoint management, and network infrastructure.

Skilled in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform); familiar with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor.

Excellent communication skills; certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.

Fluent English, German a plus.

Employment contract for an indefinite period
