Group Senior Controller

For our client, a leading company in real estate sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Group Senior Controller who enjoys working with numbers, understands business drivers, and likes to turn data into clear insights for senior management.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor the business planning and budgeting.
  • Design plans and programs to improve financial control and accountability.
  • Perform financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets and forecasts, and provide advice to management.
  • Develop reports and statements for the management.
  • Provide control procedures to ensure the accuracy of data reported to external and internal management.
  • Evaluate financial key performance indicators.
  • Implement and oversee financial systems and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts and strategic plans to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and controls.

What experience should you have:

The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional who can 


  • Work independently, understands controlling processes end-to-end, and feels confident supporting management with high-quality analysis and reporting.
  • 5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role
  • Strong knowledge of controlling processes, financial statements, and business performance metrics
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful business insights
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP, MS Dynamics, or similar is a plus
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and handling data from various sources
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills and high attention to detail
