What will be your key responsibilities:

Your mission is

to support the team in identifying and executing growth experiments, analyzing data, and actively contributing to data-driven marketing strategies. You will learn how to translate business goals into measurable growth initiatives and help optimize customer journeys.

What else will you be doing

  • finding new ways to improve marketing performance and customer experience
  • collecting and analyzing marketing data to identify key growth hypotheses and their potential impact
  • participating in brainstorming and executing marketing experiments and campaign optimizations
  • gaining practical experience with various marketing and analytical platforms (e.g., Bloomreach Engagement) and continuously learning new tools and approaches
  • ensuring smooth and efficient process management.

Your expertise & experience includes

While we appreciate diverse backgrounds and experiences, we are particularly keen to find colleagues with solid basic skills and willingness to evolve. We value a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn over extensive prior experience.

  • strong leadership and communication skills to lead projects with clients
  • ability to think in numbers, ask questions, and find connections in data (e.g. in Excel/Google Sheets or SQL)
  • interest in marketing, data, and technology, and a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
  • some understanding of marketing and customer data
  • excellent level of English (our clients are international, and English is our working language)
