GSB Supply Chain Projects Specialist

GBS Supply Chain Projects Specialist is a key position in the supply chain organization, responsible for the effective execution of operations in the assigned business process, function, or area.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Become a part of the Supply Chain Operations team as a supply chain projects specialist. You will build bridges in communication with internal and external customers, support data management, maintenance, and improvement of work instructions. You will ensure the preparation and delivery of reports and support the validation and cleansing of data in the ERP system. Your tasks will include providing comprehensive support for all supply chain management projects and initiatives.

What experience should you have:

  • Education in business or equivalent professional experience in business management, industrial engineering, or manufacturing
  • C1 level of English language, Italian language is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience in the supply chain management field
  • Knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Outlook), experience with ERP (SAP) is an advantage
  • Analytical and communication skills, proactive approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
