Head of Finance DACH
We are looking for Head of Finance to lead all financial operations for our DACH region (Germany and Austria). Based at our Prague headquarters, this critical role will oversee the financial health and performance of DACH business units, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial strategy.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations for the DACH region, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and profitability in the DACH market. Drive process and profitability improvement projects to enable regional growth.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies across Germany and Austria.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial statements, and regional performance reports.
What experience should you have:
- Degree in economics / finance / MBA
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Local accounting knowledge (German GAAP) is preferred
- Proactive, hands-on and structured way of working, team player
- Very good MS-Office skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in German and English
- Business oriented, results driven
