Head of Studio

Creative Dock, a pioneering force in the corporate venture building landscape, is seeking a dynamic Head of Agency to lead our Growth Domain. 

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role is designed for a visionary leader with a mandate to transform our Studio into an internationally competitive brand design and innovation communications agency. This position calls for a blend of creative excellence and strategic business acumen, aimed at developing our product and service offerings, spearheading business development, and client acquisition, all while upholding operational and creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic business and product development plans for the new agency.
• Build the new agency's brand and elevate its recognition in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Drive business acquisition within and beyond Creative Dock’s existing client portfolio.
• Achieve business plan objectives and growth KPIs.
• Serve as a project advisor and strategist, guiding on project planning, execution, and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead people management efforts, including hiring, mentoring, and developing a core team of senior strategists and creatives.
• Manage the studio's budget, aligning with financial goals and ensuring cost-effective resource use.
• Oversee tool management, ensuring availability of essential tools and technologies.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for high-standard deliverables.
• Leverage agency and marketing experience to enhance strategic and project execution capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for aligned and effective communication across initiatives.
• Responsibility for own P&L.

What We Need From You:

• Experience: Proven track record in the development and leadership of creative businesses, ideally with an agency background.
• Hard Skills: Deep understanding of creative and agency processes. Strong management capabilities.
• Soft Skills: Business savvy, passion for creativity and design, and strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Language: Fluent in English; Czech is a bonus.
