Kifli’s team is growing dynamically, for this growth we need an experienced HR Administrator with a dynamic personality who is happy to coordinate and manage our HR administrator processes. It is important that you love working with people and be flexible enough, because with us, as our customers' needs change, so do our processes.
Mi lesz a legfontosabb feladata:
- monitor and maintain HR mailbox
- contact with new hires and collect necessary information
- preparing onboarding administration for new joiners
- keep in touch with the payroll vendor
- maintain and check employee files
- monitor and maintain different HR tools and systems
- reporting
- working closely with the HR Generalists and HRBP
- support employee lifecycle
Milyen tapasztalatokkal kell rendelkeznie:
- Bachelor degree is a minimum
- Knowledge of Hungarian labour law
- Proven track record in an administration role
- Strong MS office knowledge with great Excel skills
- Good level of English language and excellent communication skills
