HR Analytics Specialist

The overall target of the position:

As an HR Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting HR data to support the development of people strategies, programs and initiatives. You will be an integral part of the HR team and work closely with other departments to drive data-informed decisions.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Structure and analyze HR data for insights to support HR strategy and programs

Plan and conduct HR pulse surveys to measure employee engagement levels

Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for

improvement

Provide regular reports on key HR metrics such as Headcount, Fluctuation, and

Engagement

Create data visualizations to communicate insights to different stakeholders

Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop HR metrics and reporting

dashboards

Develop predictive analytics models to forecast future trends in HR metrics

Develop diversity and inclusion metrics and reporting

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR analytics.

What experience should you have:

Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as

Excel, Access and a basic working knowledge of

relational databases

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work with large datasets, and to synthesize

complex information into clear, concise insights.

Experience with survey design and analysis.

Experience in working in remote, international teams

Excellent English skills
