HR Business Partner

What we need from our new colleague

  • Proven 2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role (or related one)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, empathy, collaboration and conflict resolution)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Highly organized working style with attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • International background/experience preferred (experience from DACH or MENA region is the advantage)
  • Have a team-player mindset with a hands-on approach

What is the main job description

  • Act as a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR-related matters for internal units and business domains 
  • Take part in strategic workforce planning as well as talent and succession planning
  • Conduct regular meetings with business leaders and provide advice on people-related agendas
  • Track relevant metrics and KPIs, advise managers on methods to improve team or project results, and provide guidance on the Performance Management framework
  • Drive the adoption and development of company values
  • In collaboration with managers, determine people's development needs and provide support
  • Help expand L&D culture and better align training with business objectives
  • Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices
  • Provide guidance to the business on organizational and developmental needs
  • Help managers in the engagement management in their teams (motivation, reward, recognition)
  • Provide support and be involved in various HR projects
