As Data Platforms we help organizations manage information exchange and data as part of their industry-specific eco-systems. We enable customers to improve their operations and their B2B or B2C business. Data Platforms offers different type of services like Supply Chain Messaging, Energy Information exchange or Industry Hubs. Data Platforms customers include large multi-national corporates as well as small enterprises and public organizations. Data Platforms with approx. 450 employees is a part of Tietoevry’s Industry Unit.
As a member of technical platform team you will maintain, support and fine-tune integration brokers from vendor AXWAY where we provide services for customers in the Nordics. It includes regular patching, upgrades, installations or troubleshooting with respect to ITIL processes.
Knowledge of Red Hat Linux or other Linux versions including basic shell scripting
Good analytical skills for technical troubleshooting
Knowledge of Containerization, Cloud Native and DevOps principles is an advantage.
Experience with automation tools like Ansible is an advantage
Experience with IBM MQ, Apache Cassandra DB is an advantage
You communicate fluently in English.
Practical experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tool utilized for ITIL processes is an advantage.
