IT Analyst

We are looking for an IT Analyst or a long-term project starting ASAP.

Our client focuses on card issuing and acquiring services, such as fraud risk management, disputes handling, on-demand testing etc.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Task analysis (analyzing functional, non-functional, and domain requirements, creating functional specifications, feasibility studies, identifying and defining components, detailing application design, and documenting solutions as required by the project)
  • Designing and implementing interfaces on the respective platform in alignment with the proposed architecture
  • Collaboration in resolving production incidents
  • Providing support to business departments, operations, QA, and PM through consultations based on expertise in the business and system architecture of the application
  • Quality control of project artifacts
  • Cooperation with the PM as the project's lead analyst
  • Working alongside architects to solve issues, contributing to software development methodologies applicable to card system development

What experience should you have:

  • Knowledge of SQL  
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong analytical thinking, client-oriented approach, and change management skills  
  • Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders as well as IT colleagues and/or external vendors to identify and implement solutions  
  • Proficiency in UML and experience with Enterprise Architect tool
