IT Key Account Manager - Budapest

Our software development partner is outstanding in the field of business intelligence and mobile development, serving the biggest companies both in Hungary and internationally. Their work is project- and solution-based, thus ensuring stability and variety. Due to their flexible and person-centered mindset, they do not only have a great reputation in the market, but have low fluctuation within their employees, as they always take good care of their workers.

They are looking to expand their Sales Team with a Key Account Manager, who would have a strong consultancy mindset in order to generate leads and offer solutions to their partner companies in Hungary. Their multinational team is highly flexible and professional, and they believe in long-term relationships with their clients.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Acting as a Consultant, and having close contact with clients' C-level stakeholders
Maintaining outstanding relationships with clients
Assessing the partners' efficiency challenges, and offering solutions proactively
Generating leads
Accompanying clients until signing contracts
Cooperating with product teams and colleagues responsible for presales processes to ensure excellent collaboration between the company and partners

What experience should you have:

5 years of experience in consultancy-type Sales or Key Account Manager positions, where you offered solutions (not only products) for the clients
Experience or (at least) strong interest in IT field (preferably in business intelligence)
Confident written and oral English usage, at least at a B2 level
Consultant mindset, proactivity
Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
