CZ Country IT Manager

This role involves coordinating SAP support with Corporate ICT, our Partners, and the local Infrastructure team to ensure system stability and drive innovation. Additionally, it includes managing the local IT Team, overseeing budget allocation, and handling vendor relationships.

They will act as the local IT Business Partner, bridging the gap between the local business and Corporate ICT to drive IT initiatives aligned with company values.

This role serves as the main point of contact for IT needs, ensuring efficient ICT services and operations consistent with Comapny's strategy.

Responsibilities:

Align Local Business with Corporate ICT: Match local demands to corporate ICT initiatives.

Primary IT Contact: Be the main point for IT queries.

Advocate New Tech: Promote and implement new technologies.

Support Improvements: Drive continuous IT enhancements.

Ensure ICT Efficiency: Align services with company's goals.

Collaborate Globally

Optimize Resources: Support growth through tech management.

Ensure Compliance to Corporate Standards

Oversee IT Projects: Supervise IT projects and services.

Manage Budgets: Handle budgets and resources effectively.

Develop Staff: Plan and execute IT staff development.

Degree in economics, business administration, information technology, or other related academic fields 

3-5 years of professional experience as IT Application Manager or IT Manager role, or equivalent

3-5 years of experience as Team Leader or Project Manager

Experience with SAP Hana implementation and/or support, experience with Logistic ( WM or EWM) is a plus

Sound knowledge of ITIL and demand management processes

Knowledge of ISO27001 and/or TISAX is a plus

Good understanding of infrastructure technologies

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as the ability to work in cross-functional teams

Intercultural competence and willingness to travel

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
