### IT Project manager with Agile Expertise

At ARTIN, we consider IT projects the cornerstone of our business. They come in different lengths and scopes, but they all have one thing in common: a skilled project manager behind it.

Our PM community is looking for a new member to contribute their skills and expertise to our diverse range of projects.

**What is your must-have:**

- Project management is in your DNA, you’ve seen your fair share of projects and intend to develop further

- Leadership abilities and experience in guiding and motivating project teams

- Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, you are a partner to our sales team and clients during business negotiations and know how to build best and gain trust in our market.

- Solid English (B2+), you are not afraid to use it and you have no problem conducting meetings or workshops

- 3 years of proven experience with project management in software development from initiation to completion

**Nice-to-have:**

- PRINCE2, PRINCE2-agile certification

- Experience with JIRA

- Experience with international projects

- People leadership

**What should you expect?**

- Thorough onboarding

- Working with our development teams, first with one, later with more

- Lead end-to-end project management for custom software development projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

- You will have a great impact on the way the project teams work and deliver their work to our customers

- Close collaboration with account managers and the sales team, being an integral part of the entire process.

- Being assigned a buddy in the team and joining a community of PMs who share, advise, and support each other.
