IT Service Architect (Product development)

Currently we are searching for IT Service Architect (product development).
What will be your key responsibilities:
Monitor IT market dynamics, technology evolution and emerging customer maturity
needs; initiate and lead the development of mission-critical IT infrastructure services
(on-premises, cloud, hybrid and other infrastructure services) — from idea to launch
and inclusion in the service portfolio.
• Manage the company’s IT infrastructure service portfolio from a technical perspective
and ensure its consistent development. Technically assess and improve existing
services based on market and customer maturity, adapting or modifying them as
needed.
• Provide proposals and recommendations aligned with global trends in the IT
infrastructure services market.
• Design and align complex IT infrastructure solutions and coordinate their
implementation, ensuring security, technical completeness and scalability, thereby
creating business value.
• Collaborate with IT architects, managers and internal teams to develop strategic
partnerships with international IT vendors and partners (Nvidia, Red Hat, Google,
Oracle, etc.).
• Prepare and present IT infrastructure solution concepts, service descriptions and
value propositions to internal teams, customers and partners.
What experience should you have:
We expect that you
• Have a higher education degree (or post-secondary education); preferably in
information technologies, telecommunications or a field of exact sciences.
• Have at least 3 years of experience working with mission-critical IT infrastructure,
cloud, or other IT service architectures and/or solutions.
• Have a strong understanding of IT service management and service creation principles
(ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT, etc.).
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills; can translate complex
technical topics into business language and clearly present solutions to customer
stakeholders.
• Are responsible, collaborative, able to work in a team, and continuously follow
innovations in the IT market.
• Have good English skills, both spoken and written.
Advantages
• Understanding of licensing, deployment and management principles for mission
critical IT infrastructure and/or cloud services.
• Hands-on experience in technical IT roles (critical infrastructure, cloud, data
networks), and experience in IT infrastructure or data transmission solution
architecture or similar roles.
• Experience in developing and/or managing pricing models for mission-critical IT
infrastructure, cloud, or end-user computing/workplace solutions.

Salary
• EUR 5400.00–6900.00 / month (gross)
Final salary will depend on your experience and qualifications.
