We are looking for an Architect that can help us with concept design of HB Reavis projects. In this role, you will support an international large scale of commercial projects (including hotels, retail units, offices and their tenant layouts and shell-and-core design) during their concept design. You will be able to work with some of the best international architectural practices and gain project experience and understand commercial aspiration in to the concept design of our products.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Providing concept design support and consultancy for the project team, specifically Design Managers but also other project team members.
Creating concept design proposals for our projects, early feasibilities and (C0) design packages, tenant – related layouts and alternative project scenarios.
Preparation of parallel design options to enable Design Managers to assess and challenge proposals from external architects and suppliers.
Collection of internal design related knowledge and best practices and definition of design standards for our projects.
Help challenge the designers and architects on design effectivity - preparing design studies and proposals.
Co-creating unique selling points of the projects.

What experience should you have:

A university degree in architecture or building engineering.
Proficiency in AutoCad is a must have.
First architectural practice or experience with feasibility studies is an advantage.
Good knowledge of design software including BIM (ideally Revit).
Proficiency in using AI design tools and ability to integrate them into the design process to improve speed and efficiency.
Excellent collaboration skills with a proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach, a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail.
Fluent English language is essential.
