About the Role

Our client is seeking a Junior R&D Engineer to join their international research and development team. This position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to apply their technical education in a hands-on, innovation-driven environment. The successful candidate will gain experience in developing and improving high-tech industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and testing of complex components and assemblies.
• Assist in building prototypes and performing laboratory measurements.
• Analyze performance data and support technical evaluations.
• Document test procedures, design iterations, and development outcomes.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts in product design and development processes.
• Learn and apply industry tools, materials knowledge, and engineering methodologies.

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate or final-year student with a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• Interest in product development, prototyping, and real-world engineering challenges.
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools and engineering drawings is an advantage.
• Understanding of materials such as metals, polymers, ceramics, or composites is beneficial.
• Familiarity with basic electronics, lab tools, or measurement techniques is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• English language proficiency is required; Czech is a plus.
