Launch Engineer Automotive

As a Launch Engineer, your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful and smooth launch of a new car seat manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities include:

Planning and coordination of the launch process: Leading and coordinating the entire process of launching the new factory from initial planning to operational phase. Ensuring adherence to timelines and set objectives.

Technical support: Collaborating with the technical team in the transfer of technologies from China to the new factory. Ensuring proper installation, setup, and tuning of equipment and technologies.

Quality assurance: Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards in all phases of the launch process. Conducting testing and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Training and development: Organizing training for the employees of the new factory, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge for successful operation. Supporting their professional development and involvement in continuous process improvement.

Communication and collaboration: Effectively communicating with the company's management, internal teams, and external suppliers and partners. Collaborating with other departments, such as manufacturing, engineering, sales, and logistics, to achieve common goals.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in managing launch processes in the automotive industry is advantageous.
• Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage projects.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with various functional areas.
• Fluent Czech and communicative English
• Knowledge of German language is an advantage
