We are seeking an experienced Lead Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team at Creative Dock. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Accounting Operations: Manage daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
• Financial Analysis: Provide key financial insights and analyses to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
• Audit Preparation: Liaise with auditors to facilitate comprehensive and efficient financial audits.
• Team Management (if applicable): Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence.
• Internal Controls: Develop and enforce internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial processes and compliance with regulations.
• Financial Software: Utilize advanced accounting software to maintain precise financial records and process transactions efficiently.
• Tax Compliance: Guarantee adherence to tax regulations and ensure the prompt filing of all tax returns.

Necessary Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Czech accounting principles, tax laws, and financial audits.
• Strong familiarity with accounting software, preferably ABRA, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Fluent in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills to interact with tax offices and other state bodies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A people manager profile with international experience or an individual contributor with specialized expertise in accounting.
• Experience working on a project based finance is a plus
