Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will play a pivotal role in supporting both central functions and local market legal teams. This position involves managing legal risks, supporting contract negotiation and drafting, and ensuring the company adheres to compliance standards. The role will also involve contributing to the implementation of group-wide initiatives and standardizing legal processes across all markets.

Jaké budou vaše klíčové odpovědnosti:

  • Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, and procedural law: Proven expertise in contract and consumer law, with the ability to independently draft, analyze, and interpret various legal documents.
  • Comprehensive understanding of EU regulations: Solid knowledge of key EU regulations relevant to commercial operations and the ability to stay informed of EU legislative developments.
  • Legal risk management skills: Ability to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with company operations.
  • Legislative adaptability: Continuously monitor and adapt to legislative changes that could affect the company.
  • Experience in e-commerce and data protection: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce regulations and practical application of data privacy laws in digital environments.
  • Project management and task delivery: Proven ability to independently manage legal projects, meet deadlines, and escalate issues when necessary.

Jaké zkušenosti byste měli mít:

  • University degree in law and at least 5 years of experience, either in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer.
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple legal issues under pressure, demonstrating strong adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, paired with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new things and adopt new IT tools and legal technologies.
  • Fluent Czech and English language.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a friendly and informal legal environment, with the willingness to be part of a growing team.
