Job Description:

- Leading a team of 5 members, coordinating tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring smooth workflow to achieve acquisition goals,

- Market research and analysis to identify potential clients,

- Preparation and implementation of plans to expand client portfolio,

- Negotiating pricing terms and preparing acquisition agreements,

- Establishing and maintaining long-term and productive client relationships,

- Actively collaborating with internal teams to integrate new clients and projects.

- At least 3 years of experience in sales and acquisitions,

- Knowledge of logistics processes and the fundamentals of supply chain management,

- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively establish contacts,

- Positive and professional demeanor,

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,

- Proficiency in English at a conversational level,

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
