Logistics and transport specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Logistics and transport specialist to manage and optimize our transportation operations. The main logistics flows are from suppliers' production plants to our central warehouse and between the central warehouse and local fulfillment centers across five countries.

This role encompasses responsibility for both inbound and outbound logistics, with a key objective of integrating and optimizing these flows to achieve maximum efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. Close collaboration with local teams, including commercial, supply chain, and private-label departments, is essential to ensure our products are successful and consistently available across all markets.

• What we expect from you
• Oversee the entire logistics flow, including inbound transport from suppliers to the central warehouse and outbound transport to local fulfillment centers.
• Design and implement strategies to combine and align inbound and outbound logistics processes to achieve operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Plan and allocate transportation capacity to meet dynamic market needs.
• Collaborate with local teams (e.g., commercial, supply chain) to support business needs and product availability.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with carriers for competitive logistics conditions.
• Analyze logistics performance, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements to service levels and cost-effectiveness.
• Knowledge of czech and english language is a MUST

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a multi-country distribution network.
• Strong network relationships with both large carriers and smaller local specialists.
• Understanding of transport planning, route optimization, vendor negotiations and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Track record of achieving cost savings while improving service levels in logistics operations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English and Czech.
