Marketing Manager - EMEA

The company is looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d)  to oversee marketing activities and campaign lifecycles with strategic insight in the EMEA region. 

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the international Marketing team to adapt content, messaging, and campaigns for the EMEA region, ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with global objectives.
  • Overseeing EMEA marketing initiatives, including training, regional campaigns, trade shows, co-visiting sales calls with the EMEA sales team, and developing localized marketing materials and sales collateral throughout the product and campaign lifecycle
  • Leading and executing international marketing strategies for the one subsidiary which is located in Germany, developing marketing collateral, including product catalog management
  • Liaison between the company and Europe-based partners, including coordination of marketing functions
  • Conducting detailed local market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across the EMEA region
  • Applying advanced analytical tools to evaluate EMEA-specific marketing performance and support strategic regional decision-making
  • Proactively capturing feedback through voice of the customer (VOC) initiatives to enhance product offerings and customer experience in EMEA markets
  • Operating within the EMEA market, demonstrating initiative and self-reliance, and collaborating effectively with both global and regional teams
  • Collaborating with the USA Marketing team to localize content and ensure consistency in messaging across EMEA product launches and campaigns
  • Understanding the department’s key performance indicators and contributing to achieving these goals both individually and as a team

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Several years of Marketing experience, preferably in foodservice or manufacturing
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German (Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus)
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat (Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator is a plus)
  • Up to 50% travel, both international and domestic, for events and customer meetings worldwide
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and creating content for global markets is a plus
