Marketing Operations (MOPS) Head

The Marketing Operations Head will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing processes, technology, and data management. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing operations, analyze performance metrics, and implement best practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.This role reports to your VP of Marketing and is part of the Marketing Leadership team.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Process Optimization: Develop and refine marketing workflows, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the marketing technology, supporting CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms. Ensure they are fully integrated and utilized effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Work closely with our date & Customer insight manager in order to
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  •  Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and tracking for marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to marketing team members on tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and agencies to manage relationships and ensure service delivery aligns with organizational goals.

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
  •  5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.
  •  Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
