Mechanical application engineer
We are looking for a candidate for the position of mechanical application engineer for an automotive company in Pilsen.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of new products and the evolution of existing mechanical systems products.
- Realize or manage design and studies prior to industrial implementation.
- Develop technical solutions ensuring the company’s project commitments while considering customer needs and manufacturing constraints.
- Coordinate mechanical activities to meet project requirements effectively.
- Identify and implement mechanical solutions to fulfill customer requirements and capitalize.
- Ensure compliancy with internal and customer procedures, and provide project-level reports.
What experience should you have:
- Technical university degree in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge/experience of mechanical engineering & steering production process
- Advanced English level and good communication skills
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation
- Proficiency in creating and updating Excel files
- Familiarity with regulatory and normative requirements QHSE
