Microsoft Windows Client Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Configure and administer existing Windows 10 and 11 client environments, ensuring their ongoing development.
• Participate in projects and provide support and advice regarding quotation requests.
• Develop new solutions in collaboration with customers, focusing on the modern workplace.
• Support the operation of client applications related to the operating system.
• Manage change and patch implementation in the client environment, supporting release activities.
• Troubleshoot and analyze problems as part of incident (2nd / 3rd level support) and problem management.
• Create and maintain documentation.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client administration, including Active Directory and group policy management.
• Proficiency in SCCM and software distribution.
• Expertise in cloud-based client administration (Azure, MEM, Autopilot).
• Proficient in creating scripts using Microsoft PowerShell.
• Basic network knowledge including DHCP, DNS, and PXE installations.
• Communicative, open, and proactive approach.
• Willingness to actively participate in a predominantly virtual team.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is desirable.
• Analytical thinking and a systematic, independent work ethic.
