MID - SENIOR Compliance Officer - Vilnius

"SameSystem," a global market leader offering workforce management solutions tailored specifically for retailers, is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure that our operations and business transactions comply with all relevant legal and internal regulations.

Your goal will be to ensure that we operate legally and ethically while also achieving our business objectives

What will be your key responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant rules and regulatory requirements.
Participating in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Collaborating with compliance specialists and other interested parties.
Conducting compliance investigations and preparing reports.
Continuous improvement and deepening of knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices.
Monitoring compliance tasks.
Management of ISMS and risk register.
Documentation of compliance tasks according to ISO and ISAE systems.

What experience should you have:

A higher education degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in compliance.
Good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements related to the company's activities. Experience in implementing ISO 27001 (direct implementation experience is not necessary, but having participation experience is an advantage).
Knowledge of technical infrastructure.
General IT security knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
