Netsuite Administrator

As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be part of the team driving our platform’s evolution. What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Manage and support our NetSuite platform by resolving support tickets, reporting, implementing system enhancements, and do system maintenance across modules (e.g., Master Data Management/Access Management, EFT Bank Payments, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Approval workflows, country specific modules and custom solutions)
  • Lead new development projects by designing, coding, testing, and deploying custom automation scripts, workflows and other enhancements
  • Ensure smooth integrations and help with integrating 3rd party applications to our NetSuite environment
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the overall NetSuite architecture by evaluating current modules, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements to optimize performance, data integrity, and scalability
  • Reviewing, debugging, and enhancing existing scripts and customizations to improve overall system performance and reliability
  • Monitor system performance, security, and audit compliance, driving proactive enhancements to ensure adherence to industry standards

What experience should you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration and development, with expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, Freemaker, XML, Integrations (SOAP, REST), Suite QL, SQL
  • Strong understanding of ERP architecture and the ability to drive strategic system improvements
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and effectively communicating with external NetSuite partners.
  • A background in financial processes and data integration is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to apply best practices throughout the development process
