Office Manager / Assistant

Join HB Reavis team as Assistant / Office Manager! We have an opportunity for motivated and reliable person to take over administration and care of the office.


What will be your key responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

  • Independent processing of routine correspondence
  • Serve as the liaison between the company and government agencies and institutions
  • Organizational, administrative, and technical support for team members - management of meal vouchers, company cars, office supplies, etc
  • Efficiently organize, store and retrieve company documents
  • Cooperation with government offices, banks, notary offices, etc


What experience should you have:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Fluent English and Czech language
