Online Awareness Manager

Own and execute the social media for our hiring solutions (SaaS)
Expand the current social media presence internationally and to other social media platforms like linkedin, Facebook and Twitter and support other channels like Youtube and Spotify
Oversee social media accounts content, design and social media communication
Generate, edit and publish engaging social media content on all channels
Communicate with followers, respond to queries and monitor satisfaction
Work with the marketing team to help maximize the advertisement impact on social media
Stay up to date with current social media trends on worldwide landscape
Be a visible part of the HR community and occasionally join our video podcasts

At least 2 years proven experience as a Social Media Specialist/Manager
Self-driven individual with strong initiative and willingness to learn about HR/recruitment industry-standards
Hands on experience in content creation and management
Excellent copywriting skills
Excellent English language skills and Czech language skills as well
Ability and passion to deliver creative content
Ability to write reports and presentations for our investors like Microsoft and Zerogravity Capital.
Willingness to work on SaaS projects outside of social media management
What will help you stand out?
Pasion for social media and / or recruitment
Experience with industry-standard social media managing and analytics tools (AgoraPulse, Hootsuite etc…)
Some experience with Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Zopto, Deux/Sup
Understanding of the recruitment industry and Employer Branding communication

The role is part-time. Possibility fully remote, but preferably 1 day in office The time you can organize as you wish. Only results matters
