Operations Engineer (PCN)

What will you do

As a Digital Hub Brno providing IT Support for Heidelberg Materials with cement plants around the world, we need to keep our on-site client systems functional and supported. Your role is to ensure on-site client systems worldwide runs smoothly by deploying the solutions, managing, and supporting the crucial application and sys-tems. You will actively gather feedback from plant directors to our engineering teams to drive the improvements. Train local technicians and create essential documentation is part of the role too.

You are an ideal candidate if you are:

• Experienced in managing end user clients, Windows OS 10 and 11 and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Experienced with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune
• Expert in broad IT area to understand various issues
• Experienced in administrating antivirus and application control solution (McAfee)
• Team-oriented with strong customer focus
• Willing to travel

What is beneficial:

• Experience in Azure cloud solution
