OTC Process manager

Main Responsibilities:
Recording, analyzing, and modeling defined business processes in the task field
Identifying potential for improvements in terms of efficiency and quality, as well as devising appropriate measures in the task field, e.g., for digitalization
Being involved in the definition of process- and quality-related KPIs; tracking measures agreed; being involved in reviews/audits
Monitoring and implementing quality standards and statutory requirements/guidelines in the processes
Being involved in the improvement of the quality management system, including tools used Implementing and documenting process optimization and digitalization
Being involved in training on quality measures
Being involved in projects or managing sub-projects 

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice  for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer.

The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Education:
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in finance / accounting 

Experience:
2-3 years of experience in finance in a corporation
Good understanding of accounting, with economic and finance background
User experience with management information systems / reporting systems
Ability to understand Order-to-Cash end-to-end process (Billing, Payment, Collection & Dunning)

Language knowledge:
English (fluent) and German beneficial 

PC/IT skills:
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience with SAP is beneficial
