Partnership Manager

What will be your key responsibilities:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual with deep local roots and exceptional commercial acumen to take on the role of Ecosystem Orchestrator and Opportunity Hunter within the KSA and GCC regions for Creative Dock. This role is crafted for someone who, beyond opening doors, can identify uncharted territories (whitespace), initiate meaningful deals, and drive them to fruition. The ideal candidate is a business builder at heart, deeply embedded in the local ecosystem, and ready to leverage their position to foster Creative Dock's venture-building endeavors.

Responsibilities:

  • Forge deep relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, accelerators, ministries, innovation offices, and corporates across KSA and GCC.
  • Pinpoint commercial opportunities aligned with Creative Dock’s venture-building offering.
  • Initiate, shape, and drive deal conversations leveraging local trust and influence.
  • Ensure the closure of deals and effective handover to delivery teams, supporting the initial engagement phases.
  • Co-host ecosystem events or roundtables to elevate CD’s brand among key decision-makers.
  • Provide insights on regional market shifts, partnership opportunities, and cultural nuances to enhance BD efforts.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in ecosystem development, commercial, or innovation execution roles (e.g., venture builder, B2B sales, BD for startups, or consulting firms).
  • Saudi or GCC national, or an individual deeply embedded in the region with strong public/private networks.
  • Adept at speaking the language of both visionary innovation and bottom-line value.
  • Proficient in engaging senior leaders in both informal and formal settings.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, embodying the bridge between cultures and business practices.
