Payroll Accountant

Our client is a leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies operating in 30 countries. To grow their Global Business Services HR Services team, the company is looking for a Payroll Accountant  (m/f/d) part-time 20 - 25h/week with fluent French and English. In this role, you support our client's internal customers in EMEA with a focus on France and Portugal.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing across Europe, focusing on France, with expertise in French payroll.
  • Communicate and exchange data with external payroll providers.
  • Maintain master data and manage wage accounts.
  • Generate certificates of merit and conduct statistical analyses.
  • Handle payroll tax filings, Social Security notifications, and liaise with tax and health insurance entities.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and fiscal standards.
  • Act as the main contact for payroll audits and employee inquiries.
  • Produce payroll reports for relevant departments.
  • Prepare payroll-related accruals.
  • Assist in various projects.
