POWER BI EXPERT

• design of reporting solution (data sources analysis, defining reporting structure, ensuring security and compliance regulations, etc.)
• acting as bridge between business (years of experience in DT) and data mgmt.
• advanced data modeling & DAX expert, optimization of complex data models
• data engineering skills, data transformation, proficiency in Power Query (M language)
• integration skills, from various data sources (SQL, APIs, SharePoint, Excel, Data Lakes, etc.)
• visualization expertise, data understanding, storytelling, tailoring reports to executive and operational users
• architecture and governance skills, USM, security levels implementation
• communication expert, working closely with business users, product managers, data engineers, developers, mgmt.
• DevOps, toolkits, editors, deployments, sources control, errors handling
• Power Platform knowledge, Integration with Power Automate, Power Apps, Databricks; deployments
• Driving process improvements, automation, digitalization, efficiency

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice or Bratislava for meetings.

The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Reporting skills:
Data Warehousing (ability to collect data from different information sources) – advanced
Data Analytics (interpretation and classification of data; ability to process and present data to the recipient in an intelligible format) – expert
Concept Development (focus on an end-to-end perspective; from idea to implementation) – advanced

IT skills:
MS Excel – advanced

BI tools:
Data analysis tools (e.g. Analysis for Office, MS Access, SQL) – advanced
Data visualization tools (e.g. PowerPoint, ThinkCell, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, SAP Analytical Cloud, etc.) – advanced
SAP (especially Modules FI/CO/BW/BI/FC) - beneficial
