Process Manager of General Ledger: International Finance Projects

Based on your accounting experience, you directly support the group leaders and the Global Process Owner in decisions on the processes of the general ledger closing preparation, intercompany, personnel accounting and tax accounting. As a rule, the activity is project-oriented in the national and international area. The three main fields in this project activity are the takeover of the bookkeeping of our foreign companies, the roll-out of the process model in the context of One. ERP (Standardization Project of Group Deutsche Telekom) and various projects for the optimization of inventory processes and work organization.

You will be actively involved in the design of the process model and thus define the workflows for the future accounting landscape of the DTSE. At the same time, you should always take a look beyond the borders of your own process model, as the key to optimization usually lies in a complete consideration of the process.

Your roles range from participation in Group projects such as One. ERP and MShS (Establishing a multiservice center in the Group Deutsche Telekom) to the project management of smaller projects.

The focus of your activity will be on all international General Ledger processes and on the administration of roles and authorizations.
