Product manager

• Product Strategy and Vision
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development to launch, performance monitoring, and end-of-life management.
• Define the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization based on customer needs, market insights, and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Collaboration and Delivery
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to craft go-to-market strategies, compelling product messaging, and marketing materials.
• Support sales and marketing by sharing product expertise, participating in customer interactions, and contributing to sales enablement tools.
• Data-Driven Decisions
• Analyze product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and identify improvement areas.
• Ensure product decisions are informed by customer feedback, data, and competitive insights.

Education & Experience:

• A degree in a technical, engineering, or business-related field, or equivalent professional training.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on modern cloud technologies preferred.
• Proven success as a product manager or similar role, with a track record of launching and managing products.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in interpreting data to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A customer-focused mindset and a passion for technology and innovation.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in written and spoken English (German is desirable).
